Les Bulles d'Alain
Indulge yourself with the new 2019 vintage of our sparkling Saint-Péray, traditional method, 'Les Bulles d'Alain'! This exceptional sparkling wine stands out for its purity and character, and continues the double fermentation winemaking process that forged the reputation of Saint-Péray wines in the 19th century. It's a northern Rhône cru, made from pure Marsanne grapes, certified organic, and brut nature, zero dosage.
Its tight and discreet nose reveals citrus and honey notes characteristic of the grape variety. The mouthfeel, carried by its fine bubbles, refined during 4 years of aging on tirage, is both supple and harmonious. A pleasant feeling of freshness envelops you, while the minerality shows itself with floral and fruity hints, along with a lovely hint of orange peel bitterness. It's an invitation to vintage elegance.
